Pilioha is an amazing three piece Hawaiian Band. I was lucky enough to be asked to take photos for their album cover. We met in up at Kahana Valley where these guys have genealogical ties too and we had a quick afternoon shoot. They wanted this picture to have the wall in it and for them to be leaning over it which was kind of tuff to capture. What you dont see are the guys standing a good 3 feet off the ground balancing on the rock haha. Plus right behind them is a bus stop. So getting the right shot before their arms gave out and not getting the bus stop in the shot was the tough part of the shot they ened up using. I actually photoshopped a telephone pole and some wires out of this shot as well. The photos came out great and i’m so honored to have made it to the cover of their album.
