This project was an honor to be a part of. I sang at Gavins funeral. I am pretty close with his sister and family. Beautiful people inside and out so of course when they asked me to be a part of the designing of Gavins headstone i would do it. Gavin was an amazing person and very in-tuned with himself before he past. He too was an artist and one of my memories of him was his fridge painting he did at his sisters house and the remix he did on one of the BYUH paintings that “went missing” from the aloha center hahaha. I saw that painting at his funeral and as sad as the event was that painting cracked me up cause i was the schools art curator and knew exactly where that painting came from hahaha. Gavin my friend you are a great sprit and are still missed and admired by many. Love ya.
